Jonathan Cepelak is a talented professional in the food and beverage industry who has been building experience in the arena for the past six years.
For most of Jonathan's life, he's had a taste for fine dining. While living in New Orleans for a spell, Jonathan fell in love with the food and beverage industry and, after returning to New York, took a position at a high-end Italian restaurant. Here, he learned as much as he could from the head chef, who was born in Italy.
Across his career, Jonathan Cepelak has held nearly every position in the food and beverage industry, especially in leadership roles. For the past six years, he's been working with Long Island-based eateries. As Restaurant Manager at Caci North Folk Restaurant, he partnered with the chef and owners to design the new menu and contributed his expertise on food and alcohol pairings from his carefully curated cocktail, beer, and wine list.
Currently, Jonathan Cepelak is the Assistant Manager at Greenport Harbor Brewery in Long Island. Here, he creates food and beverage pairings at the location's two microbreweries.
