I am from Melbourne in Australia and travel extensively educating work forces and presenting at Conferences on a variety of topics concerning human health, well-being and performance. I've been lucky enough to present over 3000 seminars and published over 500 articles.
Previously I worked in High Performance Roles in professional football in Australia and lectured at several universities, including Monash University's school of medicine where I taught Wellness.
In 1999, I published Australia's first even accredited course in Wellness Leadership.
Currently I sit as Vice Chair of the Global Wellness Institute's Wellness for Work Initiative.
