Jing Lee

mom, founder of @pacificpause bringing mindfulness to companies and individuals, trying to get through life with balance, ease, happiness and compassion

Jing Lee is the founder of Pacific Pause (www.pacificpause.com). Jing has spent years working in the finance, private equity, technology and retail sectors. While climbing the corporate ladder, she found herself questioning her path. Meditation helped her gain perspective and prioritize what really mattered to her. Along the way, she discovered the many other benefits that meditation can have on life, her favorite being the power of meditation to cultivate more kindness and compassion in each of us. She is passionate about making meditation more accessible for everyone and about creating real connection and communities around meditation.
