Jennifer has been working in the wellness industry for nearly a decade as a fitness trainer, nutrition consultant, and group fitness instructor. She has written numerous articles on fitness, wellness, and continues to to develop industry expertise. Jennifer has taken her passion overseas to developing communities in Kenya, where she implemented yoga programming and provided physical therapy services to disabled children. She also worked as an exercise specialist with Harlem Children's Zone, combating obesity and diabetes through preventative practices. Currently, Jennifer is working toward her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Columbia University.
