Jennifer Bristol serves as the Director of Programs and Partnerships for the Institute for Mindful Leadership. Her leadership experience has encompassed executive roles in healthcare and hospital administration, conservation, finance and operations, and fundraising including over a decade at The Nature Conservancy, where her position as Trustee Program Director and North America Conservation Operations Director incorporated the management of an integrated platform of global trustee and leadership programs complementary to an innovative high-return strategic organizational agenda.

Jennifer is a frequent contributor to RI Public Radio as well as an experienced public speaker, well known for her ability to tell a story that illustrates the challenges and joys of leadership. She serves as a board member and active club leader for the Rhode Island 4H Foundation, supporting today’s youth in their efforts to “learn by doing” and “make the best better” for the world.

Jennifer has been part of the Institute’s community since its inception, and serves as instructor, speaker and core member of the leadership team; she credits her mindful leadership experience and practice as key in defining her role and purpose as a leader at work, at home and in her community.
