Jen Johnson is a mindfulness teacher and coach and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor teaching mindfulness for mind-body healing and creative awakening. Jen's areas of specialty include mindfulness, resilience, stress reduction, anxiety, PTSD, chronic illness, and trauma. She speaks and teaches workshops and online courses on mindfulness, resiliency, wellness, and creativity. Jen is the author of the chapter, "Making Peace with Your Inner Critic" in Eric Maisel's forthcoming book, Creativity Workbook for Coaches and Creatives," (Routledge). When Jen isn't teaching or coaching, she's out making photographs and hanging out with her awesome dog, Ari Rooh.
