Jeff Lazarus is a leadership coach who teaches strategy, customer engagement, facilitation, selling skills and relationship building through workshops, consulting and keynotes in a variety of industries such as healthcare, human resources, real estate, and law. As a member of the leadership council of Bright Coach, Jeff is the Chief Science Officer and is also serving as a coach to Bright Coach clients. Jeff has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Cal State University, Long Beach. For two decades Jeff led staff development workshops and acted as a mentor and trainer while performing as a Health Science Consultant with Merck & Co. He worked closely with sales teams and created a culture of listening-based selling. Out of his love and observations of how dogs are great listeners, Jeff wrote a companion book entitled Listen Like a Dog...and Make Your Mark on the World that teaches anyone the importance of listening over talking to deliver better customer service, product development, sales strategies, health care and other applicable opportunities. Jeff continues his animal themed books with the humorous "Dogtology" and "Catakism " coming in November, 2017.
