Jasmine is the Editor-at-Large for Thrive on Campus at Oxford University, where she is pursuing a Master's in Women's Studies. She's an Italian-Egyptian-American who, outside of her studies, is exploring her passions in journalism and women's empowerment. Recently, she built a global community project around interviewing Italian women from all walks of life, to tell their stories outside of the traditional labels of "success." Through documenting and sharing their stories, she strives to inspire the next generation of Italian youths. Jasmine hopes to use her platform on Thrive Global to expand her interest in how we can improve our mental well-being through more meaningful relationships to others, and with ourselves.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
