Jae is a mindful awareness author and teacher. She has spent that last twenty years writing about, studying and observing how people talk (and don’t talk) about the things that matter most in life. In 2008, Jae founded Simple Intentions, a conscious content company committed to human development in the workplace with the purpose to develop the skill of awareness as a business skill. Through Simple Intentions her work as a mindfulness teacher has reached over 20,000 employees in more than 50 countries at multinational corporations such as Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook, Pearson Education, and other leading companies.
