Jacqui Somen is a Certified Personal Trainer and Postnatal Fitness Specialist. She is a former ballet dancer and is trained in trauma-informed yoga and Reiki. Inspired by her own postpartum journey, her programs integrate movement and mindfulness to help new mothers feel healthy and happy in their bodies. She works with women one-on-one, teaches a Mama & Me Bootcamp in Miami and writes about postnatal wellness at VIVAMA.fit.
