Iberkis Faltas is a Doctoral candidate in Social & Behavioral Science Public Policy & Administration, Public Policy & Adm. She concentrates on Law & Policy, Management & Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence Coaching. She is the founder of the Center for Emotional Intelligence & Professional Development (CEIPD).
Her mission is to help others (organizations and individuals) to build stronger leadership and organizational culture by applying emotional intelligence strategies into policies, regulations, and organizational changes. She is certified to administer the Emotional Intelligence assessments EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360, and the MSCEIT.
She has more than 20 years of experience working with the private and public sector, including the state and federal government. Currently, I work with the DHS – USCIS – RAIO Directorate.
