I provide help and support for parents who are struggling with their child's addiction.

You can help yourself and your child that's struggling with addiction. I provide a clear path for you to respond to their addiction in a sustainable effective way.  My program focuses on how to create your own peace of mind and happiness whether your child is sober or in active addiction, how you can confidently solve any problem that comes up, and how you can rebuild your relationship with your child.

I started the program because while going through my own daughter's addiction I struggled to find the answers I was looking for. Once I became the person I was looking for to help me, I knew I could pair the life coach tools I learned along with my personal experience to help other parents out of the isolation and darkness of their child's addiction.

I have a podcast called Living With Addiction that is available on most podcast platforms and my website.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
