Heather Hein - VP / Sales, Northwestern Region - MNI Targeted Media Inc. Heather Hein is the Vice President of Sales, Northwestern Region, at MNI Targeted Media Inc. and its two business units, MNI and Harpoon Digital. Heather has 15+ years’ experience in sales team leadership, talent development and recruitment, management, and product launches. She leads a team of 17 Account Executives and two Associate Directors, driving YOY sales and revenue growth across more than 15 markets. She has successfully brought to market several new digital and print product launches, including MNI’s big data solution, The Omnipoint System. Heather is an industry expert at developing solutions to reach specific audiences across several top industries, including CPG & Retail, Finance & Banking, Tourism, Technology, Education, Healthcare, and B2B. Heather’s previous experience includes Director of Ad Sales at MNI, Sales Manager at Greenspring Media Group and Territory manager at SurgRx. She’s a four-year Board Member and was 2014 President of the Chicago Media Association, and she’s an active member of the Chicago Interactive Media Association. Heather has received Training & Certification in Executive Coaching & Leadership from CTI (Coaches Training Institute). She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Greenlee College of Journalism and Mass Communication at Iowa State University.
