Harriett Seager is a freelance medical editor, journalist and broadcaster in the South East of England and founder of Wellbeing Examiner, a place for mid-life women to better understand psychology and relationships to help them thrive.

Harriett started a career in journalism after graduating in Psychology some 30 years ago. Previous roles include editor of trade medical journals Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, website editor of the Men’s Health Forum, and Editor-in-Chief for Lundbeck’s website on bipolar I.

A midlife coach, volunteer crisis counsellor and integrative psychotherapist in training, Harriett has also written for a range of other medical consumer and trade titles and websites. A single mother of two, Harriett has a passion for exploring what works to keep us well in body, mind and spirit.
