I work to heal the multiple disconnects that have been normalised as part of our world - within ourselves, between humans, and between humans and nature. I work with changemakers, activists, or NGOs who are working with the environment and/or peacebuilding by offering powerful coaching programmes and workshops focused on emotional intelligence, resilience, connection and purpose.
Coming from a Psychology background with my MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, I worked for a while in the Happiness at Work space before realising that something drastic needs to change if humanity is to survive the coming decades. Alongside my training with Six Seconds (the Emotional Intelligence Network) I became a facilitator of Joanna Macy's Work That Reconnects, a powerful tool for resourcing and refuelling our sense of purpose, connection and soul within the times that we live in.
I am a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance, the Deep Adaptation Network, and have worked with Extinction Rebellion Prague's Regeneration team to offer workshops in Non-Violent Communication, emotional management and the Work That Reconnects.
My background is also interwoven with the world of NGOs and peacebuilding; in 2015, I moved to Romania and worked for the Peace Action Training and Research Institute of Romania, where I worked as a co-author and researcher for publications on community-based methods of reconciliation and dialogue and was the Lead Project Manager for Global Youth Rising, the International Youth Peace forum that brought together nearly 70 young peacebuilders and activists from around the world. I now run the group Psychology for Peacebuilding on Facebook and through there, organised an online conference on Trauma and Mental Health in Conflict and Migration in collaboration with the Coalition for Work with Psychotrauma and Peace, Croatia.
I also host the podcast The Way We Connect. You can find me in Prague, tending to my garden and learning about permaculture. I am currently taking courses in permaculture and ecopsychology.
