Greta Rafsky worked in insurance sales in New York City and in business development for the new accounting and tax consulting service company that she and her husband started in their town of Westwood, Massachusetts in 1994. As a dedicated volunteer in the Jewish community, Greta served on the local boards of the Jewish Community Relations Council, The American Jewish Committee, the National Council of Jewish Women and Hadassah. After working in the consulting franchise with her husband for five years, Greta left the business world to focus her attention on their newly adopted child. She maintains her involvement with Hadassah and volunteers with her synagogue on the "Kindness and Caring" Committee and occasionally leads parts of the Sabbath service.
