Gib Bulloch is an award-winning social intrapreneur who consults,
writes and speaks on topics relating to the role of business in society.
Gib believes passionately in the power of business to change the
world and in the power of the individual to change the world
of business. After an early career spent at BP and Mars, Bulloch’s
epiphany came from a year as a business volunteer with Voluntary
Service Overseas (VSO) in the Balkans in 2000. Over the following
15 years, Gib founded and scaled Accenture’s global ‘not-for-loss’
consulting business, Accenture Development Partnerships. He left
Accenture in 2016 to write a book, The Intrapreneur, and to explore new ways of supporting purpose driven insurgencies within the corporate world. In 2018, Gib founded the Craigberoch Business Decelerator to harness the power of the arts, improv theatre and nature to awaken a generation of change makers within corporates.
Gib serves on the Board of the League of Intrapreneurs. He is an Intrapreneur in Residence at Business Fights Poverty and a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management.

“People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.”
