Gayl Crump Swaby, LCSW

Dr. Gayl, as most people call her is an Assistant Professor and Program Director of the Master’s Clinical Mental Health Program at Springfield College, Department of Counseling.  In addition, she is a consultant/trainer and Founder/CEO of New Generation Consultants & Associates, Inc., a consulting, coaching and counseling practice that focuses on multicultural care and trauma-informed treatment and care.

Dr. Gayl uses a holistic approach that involves the mind, body, and spirit.  She has traveled to several countries in Africa providing training and consultations around trauma.  She enjoys music, singing, gardening, traveling and spending time with family as a means of self-care.
