Emma Forbes

Emma Forbes is a British TV and radio broadcaster - who started her career 25 years ago on the flagship BBC children’s TV programme ‘Live & Kicking’ which was three and a half hours of live TV every Saturday. From there she went on to host a daily breakfast radio show for Heart Radio, and many other TV shows including the first teenage problem programme called ‘Speakeasy’ and as host of award shows such as the Inspirational women’s awards.

On becoming a mother Emma wanted to spend more time at home with her children and so embarked on other ventures including founding a children’s store and coaching teenagers on how to communicate their passion.

Having moved to America, Emma is launching her website called EmmaForbesLifestyle - a website dedicated to living every aspect of a healthy life in order to be the ‘best version of you’.

Emma’s other favourite project, is her podcast called ‘The Lifestyle Newshound’ found on all global British Airways flights and co-hosted with her great friend and fashion stylist Gemma Sheppard. Together they interview iconic and inspirational figures from all walks of life.

She is passionate about family, wellness and authenticity.
