Emily Pines is a Managing Director of The Energy Project Europe as well as Managing Director of Content Development and Senior Facilitator at The Energy Project US. She has led the creation of the organization’s core products over the last 7 years, as well as facilitating and consulting with clients including Google, Nike, Ernst & Young, Ahold DelHaize, Ralph Lauren, and Unilever. Her work has centered around helping people build their emotional resilience, see through their blind spots, expand their scope of focus to make more conscious, reflective decisions, and approach conflict more calmly, proactively, and effectively. Emily lives in Amsterdam with her husband, Omri, and her two children, Delilah and Gabi. She has spent her four years as a parent exploring how the principles and ideas of The Energy Project apply to raising and living with young children.
