For the past 11 years, Emily has been the Founder and Managing Partner of The Flipp Group of Companies. She is passionate about taking care of her team and coaching them through challenges, achieving goals, setting new habits, and finding purpose in the work they do in and outside of work. Prior to Flipp, she worked in Account Direction for agency clients and held a role in corporate sponsorship for the Calgary Stampede. She is a strong believer in giving back and being of service. She was a mentor for the Haskayne School of Business for 8 years and a guest speaker in the Venture Accelerator Program at Momentum. She has been the Chair of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) fundraiser in Calgary and Marketing Chair for the JDRF Gala in Vancouver, BC. Emily graduated from the Haskyane School of Business at the University of Calgary with a BComm in Marketing and was inducted into the International Business Honour Society of Beta Gamma Sigma in 2002.

Emily is the founder of Flipp Coaching, a division of The Flipp Group of Companies She is a fully trained Co-Active Coach through The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
