Emily Hall is The Naked Lady. She helps time-starved people around the world feel good about themselves naked by helping them overcome their emotional eating for good. Through her programme, ‘Using Your Mind for Lasting Weight Loss’, she helps clients get to the weight they desire and stay there.

It’s never the body that craves food, it’s the mind and as a mindset expert, Emily helps people uncover why their minds crave food and free them from it forever. She also teaches her clients how the mind works to help them manage it better and ensure new issues and unhelpful beliefs are never created again.

She is a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner™ and a Certified Hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP Therapist, Counsellor & Coach.

Emily has treated a wide range of people with varying issues from music artists, doctors and barristers to therapists, builders and children, helping them live their lives free from emotional pain and trauma.

She has a great affinity with her clients as she’s suffered and recovered from, pretty much every issue going – anxiety, depression, addiction, weight issues, life threatening illnesses – she died twice. You name it, she’s had it, so she knows what it’s like to be at rock bottom. More importantly, she has great empathy for how people are feeling. Whatever problem you’ve got she knows how to fix it.

Emily has a degree in Accountancy & Management Information systems but very quickly discovered that it really wasn’t for her and that her talents lay in understanding people rather than numbers. Her next career was in communications where she won several awards for her work. Her extensive knowledge of the human condition led to a successful corporate career working on cultural and behavioural change programmes before now working with individuals as a mindset expert.

She has a huge love of animals and spends her spare time walking her dog, horse riding and drinking wine, not all at the same time although she’s now put that on her vision board as a goal for the future.
