Elizabeth C. Tippett

Associate Professor, University of Oregon School of Law

Elizabeth Tippett is an Associate Professor at the University of Oregon School of Law, as well as the Faculty Co-Director of the Conflict and Dispute Resolution Master's Program. Professor Tippett researches business ethics, employment practices, decision-making, and secrecy. Her research has been cited by state and federal courts, including two opinions by the United States Court of Appeals. She is a co-author of the West Academic textbook, Employment Discrimination & Employment Law: the Field as Practiced. In 2017, she testified before a committee of the United States House of Representatives regarding attorney ethics.
