Elizabeth Borelli combines her BA in psychology, multiple certifications in ICF-accredited life coaching, plant based nutrition, and YTT yoga teacher training into a unique mind-body approach to personal growth and professional development.
Her soon to be released book, Living from Your Power Zone, a 3-part Approach to Rewiring your Brain for a Midlife Reinvention taps into the power of the mind-body connection. Using principles spanning nutrition, movement, breathwork and neuroscience, this book is designed to help women to reclaim their identity as they move from role of caregiver to “off duty mom”.
