Eliza Wing is an experienced meditator with a twenty year practice. She teaches mindfulness meditation and is trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), which is the gold standard for secular mindfulness training. Eliza is also the author of Just Breathe, a simple guide for mindfulness meditation and is co-author of Soul Purpose Workbook: A Self-Directed Guide to Help You Arrive at Your Why. Eliza leads workshops, retreats and classes throughout Northeastern Ohio. Eliza has written for Rolling Stone, Self, and Elle among other publications.
