I grew up on the South Coast of Massachusetts among friends and farm animals. I was raised by my mother who introduced my sister and I to Kundalini Yoga at a very young age. She taught us to notice the way the universe operates and to attract positivity into our lives. I discovered my own yoga practice while in college, and shortly afterwards went through my 200hr training program in Vinyasa Yoga. Though I have always despised studying I love the experience of learning and have attended many workshops to learn more about wellness, love, relationships, and universal energy. In 2016 I completed the nine month Emotional Liberation course taught by GuruMeher, which focuses on the role our emotions take in our lives, and how we can better utilize, honor and listen to them. I am currently participating in this program again, this time as a life coach apprentice.
Pain is relative, and I’m not without my own. If you would like to follow along here I’ll be discussing and sharing how I’ve experienced pain, disappointment, fear, grief, sadness, joy, love, anger, contentment and the like.
