Elena Vitchak
Associate Professor of Business Practice at SKOLKOVO Business School
Ms. Elena Vitchak is an Associate Professor of Business Practice at SKOLKOVO Business School and serves as the Head of Human Resources Department and Vice President at CJSC Sistema. Ms. Vitchak served as a Member of Management Board at Sistema JSFC since September 25, 2012 until February 18, 2017 and served as its Vice President and Head of Human Resources Department until February 18, 2017.
She served as an Executive Vice President at Sistema JSFC since September 25, 2012. She served as Senior Vice President and Director of the Human Resources Department at OJSC MTS BANK from 2010 to 2012.
She served as the Head of the Administrative Complex at Public Joint Stock Company HALS-Development (formerly Sistema-Hals JSC) since October 2008, Human Resources Director since June 2008 and Member of Management Board since July 2008.
She served as Human Resources Director at Mikeny OOO from 1998 to 1999, Big Price Invest OOO from 2000 to 2002 and Capital Insurance Group from 2002 to 2008.
She attended The State Academy for Professional Retraining and Career Enhancement of Executives and Investment Experts majoring in personnel management.
Ms. Vitchak graduated from Rostov State University and majoring in Russian Language and Literature.
