I help people and companies overcome challenges by understanding how and why they work the way they do, and what they can do differently.

I spent my executive career working in financial services where I was captivated by how often we function on auto-pilot without stopping to ask if we are going in the direction we want to go, or if we need to re-evaluate. How often do we hit the pause button, rather than fast forward over the cracks?

As a Consultant and Coach I work with high performing businesses and leaders. My approach draws on my experience of many years mentoring and coaching in the workplace, combined with hands-on business experience from a 20-year career in international finance leadership roles.

I am an ambassador and business mentor with two of the UK’s leading women’s advocacy organisations. I work with social purpose organisations as a non-executive and am a trustee for Sport England, the body responsible for increasing participation in grassroots sports and the creators of the world-renowned @thisgirlcan campaign.
