Dr. John Okiishi is a Psychologist who has been working for the past nine years supporting a variety of Army Special Operations Forces units at Fort Bragg, NC and Fort Lewis, WA. He is a proud (and only male) member of his unit’s Family Readiness Council. In addition, he is a highly trusted advisor to commanders regarding organizational dynamics, difficult interpersonal conflicts and the impact of combat related stress. Has spoken nationally and internationally on tracking and improving psychotherapy outcomes and how to maximize and sustain optimal performance in high stress, demanding military environments.
