With a background in Child Psychology, Counseling & International Development, Divya has worked across USA & Asia. Her career started out as a Child Therapist in California, followed by experiences in social sector consulting & management in Malaysia. Having lived in California, Spain, SE Asia and India, she is passionate about travel, cross cultural learning & issues. Currently based in Mumbai, she works with NASSCOM Foundation (India's largest trade association of the IT-BPM Industry) heading programs focused on Corporate Philanthropy, & Diversity & Inclusion. A full time mom, part time runner, she spends her free time with her daughter and husband. She also leads groups for mentoring women/youth in the city on overall well-being.
