Dianne is a mom, entrepreneur, and exercise physiologist with a NY based practice for over 20 years. She is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has owned and operated businesses for over 10 years. She has worked as a business strategist for companies such as Equinox and SoulCycle a well as many boutique studio and clubs like Sportset and The Fitness Detective. She has served in masterminds for both Results Fitness and Fitness Quest 10 since 2010. Dianne received a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts and continued on to earn a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University. Dianne was appointed to the New York State Directorship for the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2004 where she served on the board for 2 consecutive terms. She was published in the American College of Sports Medicine’s journal for scientific research on personal training effectiveness in May of 2007. Dianne is an international best selling author and has been featured in the NY Times, Shape and Self Magazines for her exercise expertise. She is a nationally renowned speaker on several topics in the field of exercise physiology and business strategy to professionals throughout the country. Dianne interned at Long Island Cardiology Associates where she collaborated with a team of physicians to intervene in the disease process for many patients. Dianne’s passion for health and business development radiates in the highest quality care to all whom she serves.
