Derek Lacey is a Sleep Coach who spent most of his adult life in the grip of insomnia.
A life of fear and uncertainty of his greater calling, blended with a host of unhealthy habits stemming from his life as a musician and bartender, brought him to rock bottom, with no solution for rising above. His commitment to a whole new set of habits around food, mindset, and spirituality helped him overcome his greatest lifestyle challenges, even beyond Insomnia.
He began to see life differently and understand how to use his unique skills as a communicator and connector to influence the lives of others.
As a life coach for insomniacs it is his mission, through public speaking, content, and one-on-one coaching to motivate, inspire, and enable people to transform their lives through good sleep.
