I’m a first-class honors graduate from the Edison Institute of Holistic Nutrition with a Certification in Holistic Nutrition** as well as a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert. Using the latest in research and modern-day holistic health, combined with ancient practices such as Ayurveda and mindfulness/meditation; I use food, herbs, essential oils, stress management tools, and body movement to educate and inspire people to find their ultimate health. Empowering people to have the energy and vibrancy required to pursue their life’s passion.
After years in the business world as an Advertising Executive and business team leader with a Masters in Marketing, family health issues including a hereditary lung disease impacting my mother and an autoimmune disease contracted post-childbirth affecting my daily life, I began to dig deep into the root cause of these issues. This led me to study Holistic Nutrition at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto for two years. Since moving back to the states I’ve completed my studies with The Edison Institute of Holistic Nutrition and also completed a Certification to become a Culinary Nutrition Expert.
As a holistic nutritionist, I coach and educate my clients with a focus on an anti-inflammatory, energizing diet and lifestyle for all. I conduct group detox and clean eating programs and have had many long-term success stories.
