After more than 15 years as a competitive athlete constantly comparing myself to others and trying to survive in that environment I realized that there were other ways to THRIVE...Since 2010 I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionately devoted to helping others thru some of life's most challenging moments. Based in Denver since 2013 I write about the things I encounter in my work, home life, and continuing education. Stay present!
