Christoph is the CEO of World Vision Switzerland, the International Children’s Charity and a Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum. He was also Head of Social Engagement and Head of the Humanitarian Expert Groups at the World Economic Forum. Prior to that, he worked for ten years in conflicts ranging from Asia, Africa, the Middle East to South America for the ICRC and UN.

He founded and chairs the Colour the World Foundation and carried out humanitarian expeditions such as Alegria (2010), Bike for Help (2002) and Run for Help (1998).

For his humanitarian efforts and creative work he has received numerous international awards. His documentary ‘Alegria - A Humanitarian Expedition’ won more than 50 International Film Awards, including the Barcelona and London Film Awards.

He spoke at TEDx and is passionate about extreme sports, people and culture. He holds three Master Degrees in Arts, International Relations and Global Leadership. Christoph speaks five languages and has lived in more than 13 countries.
