Charmaine Barber

Transformational Coach

Charmaine is all about building deep, authentic connections with the people she meets and focusing 100% on them. Validation, connection, communication and building rapport through deep listening and digging to the core of the problem and is the foundation to all the work she does. She recently started to use her life experiences, Social Work background and NLP techniques to coach professional women and has an FB Group she runs called Living Life Freely which supports those who come from less than satisfactory childhood backgrounds and aims to help them break out of their self-limiting beliefs and live life the way they should be, freely, nothing holding them back and to achieve heights unknown to them which they never thought possible. Less than satisfactory childhood backgrounds can be anything from having lost a parent or a sibling to illness or death, or from a broken marriage to emotional abuse. She enables people to trace back to their childhood without repeating those events, thereby retraumatising them, those feelings of not being in alignment with themselves, of being intelligent and vibrant, yet knowing that something is missing and of having that feeling of being unfulfilled, insecure, disconnected, lifeless and of just going through the motions on a daily basis without being able to shift up a gear and really getting into the drivers seat of their life, living it on their terms and no-one elses. She helps them let go of un-needed beliefs and make new ones, she enables them to return goods to sender, releasing life baggage which has unknowingly been taken on by them. She helps them to reframe the way they see life so that life takes on a healthier glow. She helps them connect or even re-connect with themselves as well as connecting to deceased relatives. She gets results for them in the form of a sense of real freedom, calmness, peace, flow, creativity, self-validation, confidence.   Charmaine is successfully coaching  women to achieve the results they are seeking  and has clients all over the world. She has coached people in Portugal, Panama, Holland, England and Italy and so far. She herself is an adult survivor and thriver, who as a child, experienced childhood emotional abuse because her mother became an alcoholic and her father died of cancer when she was 10 and a half. People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
