Fusing modern insight from a background in advertising and the ancient wisdom of her classical yoga training, Caroline brings transformational breathing practices to everyone through The Breath Method - an app, clinic and coaching to teach people optimal breathing. Caroline has worked with yoga masters in Europe, the US and India, specialising in the deep multi-practice approach of Raja Yoga, and trained in advanced yoga breathing and mind control techniques with Swamis in the Himalayas. She has over 1,000 hours of formal training and 10,000 hours of client coaching.
