Carol Henry is an International Coach Federation (ICF) PCC Certified Coach, formally coaching since 2007. Carol spent over 20 years at Seneca College, Canada’s largest public college, first as a Professor and then as an administrator. From 2008 to 2012 she was Director of the Centre for Faculty, Staff and Leadership Development.
Carol currently works as a coach and facilitator with Leaders and their Teams. Her work focuses on empowering organizations, leaders and teams to maximize and leverage their diverse strengths and talents, and to build leadership and communication skills for stronger growth, engagement and performance.
Carol’s work is based on the knowledge that clear, concise and compelling communication drives success in organizations. Using Conversational Intelligence and the latest brain neuroscience, Carol helps clients understand which conversations spark our higher-level brain activity such as trust, integrity, strategic thinking and empathy. This, in turn, fosters an inclusive, aligned culture that welcomes and encourages ongoing feedback and conversations – even when this may be difficult or uncomfortable.

“People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.”
