Carol Evans is a results loving business consultant and coach, having fell in to business by accident when she was just 18 years old. Carol had set her heart on attending Musical Theatre School, and, after gaining a place, literally begged the new owners of a small Isle of Wight hotel, where she had just holidayed with her Mum and Grandad, for a summer job, so she could save some money to support her. Carol had one objective in mind: Make herself so indispensable she’d keep the job for the whole 6 weeks….. Well, she left 6 years later as Assistant Manager and a strong desire for success and a real passion for business.
Over the next 10 years Carol honed her skills and gained tremendous experience developing hotels and healthcare businesses. She won a Government contract that gave her an invite to Downing Street and delivered a speech to the House of Lords. She focussed on creating high performing management teams, identifying gaps in the market and maximising return on investment.
During her last corporate position as Hospital Director, Carol identified a market opportunity that she decided to pursue herself, and left the corporate world behind. She put together a high profile team including award winning internationally renowned designers and received a funding offer for €18m from the States. Since then she has set up and run a number of her own businesses and now runs Consultancy and Coaching that helps small to medium sized businesses overcome obstacles and make more money, as well as the Planet Peacock Business Success Club that empowers women to make profit by following their passion and purpose.
