Brynne Terry is a lifestyle + wellbeing coach, occupational therapist and certified ergonomic assessment specialist who completed her B.A. in Human Performance and her M.A. in Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California. She completed her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Boston University, where she researched the impact of stress on college students and designed an innovative intervention to address their needs. Her passion is promoting health and wellness through lifestyle modification, the practice of simple self-care, and education on the impact of daily habits and routines on immediate and long-term health.
