Career development coach - encouraging curiosity in, and intentional, purposeful management of your career as a business.

Every woman I speak to seems to be questioning where they are, where their meaning comes from, how they show up at work, the way in which they work, disengagement from work or overworking and burning out. I was one of those women, and to some extent might still be. But I woke up a few years ago with the conviction that it was time to take my career into my own hands and make some radical changes. One resignation, 6 months of downtime, some travelling, some studying and a lot of soul-searching later, I reconfigured myself and am a much better person for it. Some women have figured it out and made amazing and empowering shifts... Others are at the beginning of that journey. I think I am about mid-way in my journey. What I have come to realise though is that we have so much to share with each other, and in holding a conversation, we have the opportunity to raise our consciousness, provide each other with support and inspiration, and perhaps influence a shift in some of the assumptions that hold us back and keep us stuck in our comfort zones. My mission, in holding conversations, is to see better quality thinking being done by individuals and organisations. Why? Because the quality of our thinking affects everything that we do, the choices that we make, and the outcomes that we experience. When we focus on the problem, we get entrenched in the problem. When we focus on solutions, we move into action If you are willing to be brave, curious, vulnerable and honest then I would love to work with you!

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
