Beth Dolloff

Community Ambassador, Mental Health Outreach and Education

Beth Dolloff is a mental health advocate, writer and public speaker.  She is a survivor of suicide, as her husband lost his battle with bipolar depression in 2017, taking his own life. Community and connection are what she knows are the absolute essential things that we all need as humans, and she fosters those connections through vulnerability and truth. Her mission includes all mental health issues, but her focus is on men's mental health (middle aged, white men are most likely to die by suicide) as well as the mental health and struggles of young women and teen aged girls. The ability for others to speak without stigma about mental health is her ultimate goal, and one that would change the world one story at a time.
