Positive living expert and author of "Love Your Age: The Small-Step Solution to a Better, Longer, Happier Life" (National Geographic 2018), Barbara Hannah Grufferman is a regular on the national media circuit. She has appeared on the Today Show, CBS This Morning, Good Morning America, The Doctors, The Talk, Dr. Phil, NPR, Doctor Radio, The Dr. Oz Show on Sirius Radio and OWN, the Oprah Channel. Grufferman lectures regularly on health, nutrition, career, fitness, sex and other positive aging topics, and serves as bone health ambassador for the National Osteoporosis Foundation, where she is also a trustee. She is the Ambassador for HealthyWomen.org, the country's leading source of health information. A passionate knitter and runner, Grufferman has completed five marathons (four in NYC and all since turning 50), an Ultra-Marathon, and many other races. She is the Team Captain for the newly formed "Be Bone Strong" 2018 TCS NYC Marathon team. She lives in New York City and is working on her next book.
