Ashley earned her PhD in clinical psychology in 2007. Since then, she has specialized in the treatment of anxiety and obsessive compulsive spectrum disorders. She regularly speaks to local and national audiences and has several publications.
Ashley is also an individual with a disability, an untreatable and rare degenerative retinal disease that makes her legally, and increasingly, blind. She is "well-adapted" and actively pursuing a happy fulfilling life. The combination of her professional expertise and personal story put her in a unique position to educate and inspire others.
