I was a teacher then I decided to follow my dreams and now I'm a writer. You can view my writing in awesome places like The Good Men Project and Huffington Post. For two years I experienced the worst depression of my life. I was embarrassed to tell anyone and always pretended things were fine. I realized I was not happy in my current line of work and I was not living my dreams. I had to find a way out. I began to meditate and work on ways to develop myself personally and as a writer. My goal is to help individuals to develop better relationships in all aspects of life while being their best selves ever. I believe in the physical and mental well being of all.
