She is focused on driving SAP’s vision of helping the world run better and improve people’s lives by building marketing programs that promote the company’s exceptional product innovation, commitment to being customer-first and ability to create one-in-a-lifetime experiences. The company is now ranked the 16th most valuable brand by Brand Z and 20th most valuable by Interbrand – rankings that have increased under Alicia’s leadership. Furthermore, Alicia was ranked No. 14 on Forbes’ 2019 Most Influential CMO list. Previously, she was the CMO of SAP Ariba. Prior to joining SAP, she spent 11 years at American Express as the head of marketing and business services after leading public affairs, corporate communications, and media relations for the Global Business Travel division.
