The company is now ranked the 16th most valuable brand by Brand Z and 20th most valuable by Interbrand – rankings that have increased under Alicia’s leadership. Furthermore, Alicia was ranked No. 14 on Forbes’ 2019 Most Influential CMO list. Previously, she was the CMO of SAP Ariba. Prior to joining SAP, she spent 11 years at American Express as the head of marketing and business services after leading public affairs, corporate communications, and media relations for the Global Business Travel division.
